Organic Grain Farm

in Saskatchewan

Rooted in the prairie land Clem's grandfather homesteaded in 1907, the Schraefel family has farmed this corner of West Central Saskatchewan for over a century — growing certified organic grain with care and without compromise.

A Farm Built on Four Generations of Dedication

The Schraefel family has farmed the rich soils of West Central Saskatchewan since Clem's grandfather homesteaded this land in 1907. What began as a conventional grain operation became something different in 2000, when Clem and Chandra made the decision to go fully certified organic — and never looked back.

Today, Adam, Stephen, and Derek — the fourth generation — run the 5,200-acre operation day to day, carrying forward the same values of stewardship, quality, and community their parents and grandparents built.

We believe that farming organically isn't just a certification. It's a commitment to the land, to the people who eat our grain, and to the generations still to come.

We believe that farming organically is not just a certification — it's a commitment to the land, to our community, and to the people who eat the food we grow.
